Cancelling or Changing My Order

We can cancel or change your order only if your art piece(s) has not yet been shipped. Please contact me immediately by email or call Marc at 530-574-8008.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns & exchanges if you email us within 14 days after you have received your art piece(s). For further detail, please refer to our Shipping & Returns page.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions anytime without any notice. It is solely your responsibility to keep up to date with the latest version, which can be found on this page. Your continued use of the Website will be taken to mean that you have read and agreed to the changes displayed on this page. We do our best to ensure that the Website is always up and running, but we can’t guarantee that the Website will always be online due to downtime maintenance. We will not be liable if for any reason a part of Website is unavailable at any time.

Art Piece

Each art piece has been diligently created with care and finesse from preparation, production in the kiln, and cleaning. Afterwards, art piece gets set up in a home photography studio, which you see the result of photography on the Shop pages and Gallery section. We will not be held responsible for any mistake or omission on any product information, description, or images that are on the Website.

Prices

The prices indicated on Website is shown in US Dollars and includes delivery within the 50 states of the United States. For international shipping, please email and I can provide you a an accurate shipping quote. For further shipping details, please visit our Shipping page. We are not responsible for any website errors for pricing, typographical errors and reserve the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors.

Availability

The art pieces you see on the Website are one and unique pieces, and only 1 of each piece is available. The art pieces are given priority to first come, first serve basis in the order it is placed. If an art piece becomes unavailable after your order has been confirmed and paid, we will start the refund process.
