Online shopping can be tricky. If you have any questions about any art pieces or my book prior to purchasing, please don’t hesitate to email me.
Shipping within United States
We offer FREE SHIPPING within the 50 states of the United States.
Please email me to arrange local pick up in Davis, California.
International Shipping
If you would like one of my art pieces shipped to you outside the United States, please email me to request a quote. Please mention which specific art piece(s) you are interested in.
Cancelling or Changing My Order
I can cancel or change your order only if your art piece(s) has not yet been shipped. Please contact me immediately by email.
Delivery
Once your order is placed, I do my best to ship within 7 days from Davis, California. If for any reason, I am unavailable to ship within 7 days, you will receive an email from me with your estimated ship out date.
If you need an order to arrive by a certain date please email us for a quote for faster shipping.
Returns & Exchange
I offer returns & exchanges if you email me within 14 days after you have received your art piece(s).
In your email, please include your order # and the name in which you placed the order. I will offer further instructions of how and where to return your piece. Please do not throw away any packaging material and do your best to return so that the art piece(s) does not get damaged.
I do not offer any refunds, however if you wish to exchange with a different piece of same value, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend you use a trackable method and you purchase insurance for the value of the piece(s) upon mail of return.
Any piece(s) that has been damaged, will not be available for exchange or return.
After receiving your returned product and we inspect that the piece(s) are not damaged, we will process your return. Depending on your bank or credit card, it may take at least a week to process the refund.
Lost Package?
Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when your order was placed from the Website. I cannot be held responsible for late delivery or the loss of a package caused by the delivery service, by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God. In the event where you do not receive your package, I will file a claim with the delivery service and an investigation will begin. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.
Shipments that have been marked “Delivered” by the carrier company, but were not received by you, cannot be eligible for refund. I am happy to point you in the right direction to work with the delivery company to investigate to any lead of where the package may have ended up in and provide you any information from the claim I have filed with the delivery company.
